  • I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
  • All packages Shipped  may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Artmiss®.
    We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has been released from the manufacturing facility. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.
    Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
  • Yes, a requirement of 1 purchased item, if you wish to be part of the ambassador program and enjoy it’s benefits. 
    • I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do? 
              Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to
              high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail
              after 24 hours, please contact us at

    • Can I change my order once I've placed it?
    • Yes, only within 24 hours from purchase.
        • I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
        • Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.
          Processing is 24 hours and tracking number will be assigned in 2-3 days. Shipping is 7-21 days up to 5 weeks depending on location (for remote areas, it may take up to 30-45 days) due to COVID-19 restrictions and government policies. 
        • Refund / Order changes:
        • Can be requested only within 24 hours from purchase, any other requests made after can no longer be processed.
        • Can I return an item? 
        • All Sales Are Final* We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, Artmiss® reserves the right to refuse all returns.
          In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only process replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package (evidence needed). Customers must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.

          • Tracking is quick and easy. You will have received a tracking number along with the confirmation of your delivery. Simply copy the 'tracking number' into the Order Tracking page for a delivery update.

            • We aim to respond to all emails within 24-48 business hours. Please note that this time frame may be extended during weekends and holidays.
            • Why do you no longer ship to Turkey?
            • Unfortunately, Turkey has placed a ban on the import of all cosmetic products, so we are now unable to ship our products to Turkey.
            • Do you ever do giveaways?
            • Yes, we run official giveaways to Top Ambassadors, as well as Events, Free Travel and Programs.
            • What should I give to my friends for me to earn commissions? 
            • Once you register on the ambassador website, a coupon code will be assigned to you. Your friends then use the code on their purchase to avail a $10 discount.
            • How much is the ambassador commission? 
            • You earn 30% commission on your total revenue.
            • Do you offer discounts and promotions?
